Market Overview

Delivered log prices for most species have moved higher from last quarter. Cedar prices continue to be good and range from $950 to $1600/MBF. Logging and hauling however; continutes to be slow due to the wet weather. Mill log inventories are beginning to get tight and some mills may run out if weather and road conditions don’t improve to allow deliveries soon. Pulp prices improved and tonwood prices remain unchanged.
